Overall functionality

General guide on how LoopSign works, from login to screen editing.

1 Go to https://edit.loopsign.eu/ in Google Chrome or a similar browser. Log in with your username and password (or with Azure AD/Entra ID integration if your account is set up with this).

For non-administrators

2If you are not an administrator, you will be taken directly to the screen overview after logging in. From the screen overview, you can easily:

  1. Change the language at the top right.
  2. Change your username or password by clicking on your name.
  3. Enter the editor for the desired screen to change the screen’s content.

For administrators

If you are an administrator, you will first be taken to the Admin Panel. Here you can:

  1. Change the language at the top right.
  2. Change your username or password by clicking on your name.
  3. View and edit technical details for your LoopSign account.
  4. View and manage users who have access to your LoopSign account.
  5. View and manage the screens on your LoopSign account.

Click on “Manage screens” from the Admin Panel to go to the screen overview, and from there, enter the editor for the screen you want to edit.
