Integrate Nexudus

This description takes you thru the steps needed to get your Nexudus environment ready to connect with LoopMeeting.
Please follow the steps carefully and do not skip any of the steps described unless they are marked as optional.

1. Introduction

LoopMeeting is an Android application preinstalled on LoopMeeting android panels. LoopMeeting communicates directly with Nexudus thru a direct integration using Nexudus API’s and HTTPS interface protocol with TLS Encryption. 

2. Prerequisites

You need to have an account at the roomconfig console https://lm.roomconfig.com
The LoopMeeting application needs a Nexudus service account with admin rights.

3. Create Nexudus service account

Log in to your Nexudus Dashboard with your admin account.

Select “Operations” in left menu and select “User Accounts” in the menu.

– Select “Add User” in top left corner 
– Fill inn name for the account and make sure you use a valid email adress (You need to verify it later)
– Set a complex passord for security reasons

– Select “Access” in the top menu 
– Set option “This user is used to connect to Nexudus REST API”
– Select Roles “ADMIN”
– Save settings

IMPORTANT!
Check the Welcome email from Nexudus and Activate your account (It will not work if you skip this step)

4. Add Nexudus server in RoomConfig console

Login to RoomConfig portal
https://lm.roomconfig.com

Select “Server Settings”
Select “Add Server”
Choose “Nexudus”

 

Fill in user credenatios as created in step 3.
Click the “Test Connection” button.
If account is OK button will change to “Create server”
Click “Create Server”

Now continue to menuitem Roomlist and add roomlist.
