If your LoopSign screen is set up with multiple areas, it is still possible to define that individual widgets should fill the entire screen. This provides flexibility in presenting your content, as some content may fit well within the template with multiple screen areas, while other content is better displayed in full screen.
1
To display widgets in full screen, one screen area must be defined as the “Primary area.” Only one screen area can be the “Primary area,” and all widgets in this area can be set to display in full screen.
Click on a screen area and check the box next to “Primary area” above the timeline.
2 Then, enable “Display on whole screen” in the settings on the right side of the screen for the widgets you want.
TipNot all content that you choose to display in full screen will perfectly fill the screen in height and width. By default, the screen’s background will be visible above and below, or on each side of, for example, an image widget, or it will be the background for, for example, a weather widget. The next step demonstrates this and shows how you can define a background color for the widget that will be displayed instead of the screen’s general background.
3 If the screen’s general background is fully or partially visible behind or on the sides of the widget you’ve set to display in full screen, you can set a different background color in the widget’s settings.
4 Remember to click “Save” at the end to keep the changes you made. The changes will manifest on the connected physical screen(s) within 15 minutes.
