Configure Reception Mode
This guide takes you thru the steps needed to set up Reception mode on your panel – Reception mode requires a license.
1. Introduction
LoopMeeting has an option to run in Reception mode. (This requires a license). This is normally run a larger Android touch screen. Size of screen depends on how many meeting rooms you want to show on the reception mode screen. Typically from 15 inch to 24 inch is suitable for Reception mode. If you mount the screen in portrait mode it will both look nicer and fit more rooms.
2. Prerequisites
Roomconfig portal needs to be set up correctly and integrated with a calendar system.
You will also need a valid Reception mode license. Service account must have “Full Access Rights” to the rooms you like to include in Reception mode view.
3. Configure reception roomlist in Roomconfig portal
Log in to the Roomconfig portal https://lm.roomconfig.com and select “Multiroom selection” and then click “Create multiroom list”
Give the list a name and click “Create multiroom list”
In the overview, click the “edit” pencil
Add the rooms you like to have on your reception screen and click “Edit multiroom”
3. Install, configure and enroll reception panel
Install the latest LoopMeeting app on your android panel.

After installing and starting the LoopMeeting app, enter the Reception Mode License key.
Then enroll the panel into Roomconfig console as you have enrolled the other LoopMeeting panels.

In the panel section of Roomconfig portal select “Panel Actions” for the enrolled reception mode panel and select “Assign”
Select the roomlist you created in section 3 in this guide and click “Submit”
The panel will now show “Tiles” for each of the rooms you have chosen. The size and settings can be configured on the panel itself by pressing the “i” in lower right corner.
Here you can select the size of the tiles and if you want to show the logo. Typically for a largers touch screen where you like to shom many rooms, select “Small” and remove the logo.
